AI Cybersecurity & Compliance Hub publishes practical analysis on securing AI systems and meeting compliance obligations in African organisations. These are the standards every article and webinar follows.
Independence
There are no sponsored articles, paid placements or advertising on this site. If that ever changes, sponsored material will be labelled as such at the top of the page.
Webinars and workshops are free. They do not include sales pitches.
Who writes
Articles are written by Patrick Dasoberi, CISA, CDPSE, MSc IT, an AI and ML engineer and former CTO of CarePoint. Where an article draws on his own operating experience, it says so in the first person, so you can tell first-hand experience apart from general analysis.
Use of AI tools
AI tools are used to help with research, drafting and editing. Every article is reviewed, edited and approved by Patrick before publication, and he is responsible for its accuracy.
Sources and statistics
Claims about laws, incidents and research link to the original source wherever one is available. Statistics without a source that can be checked are removed rather than repeated.
Reviews and updates
Each article shows the date it was last updated. Articles on regulation are reviewed when the law or official guidance changes.
Corrections
If you spot an error, email hello@aisecurityinfo.com with the page and the correction. Material corrections are made promptly and noted at the end of the article with the date.
Commercial relationships
Patrick is Founder and CEO of Freedom Protocol, a healthcare company, and does independent contract work for CarePoint. Articles do not promote products or services in which he has an interest. Where a relationship is relevant to an article, the article says so.
